Catanzaro Servizi can aim for the state maritime concession of the third body of water in the port. In fact, the TAR rejected on all fronts the appeal by Bay What srls for the annulment of the provision with which the Heritage sector had excluded it, on 24 October 2024, from the procedure aimed at awarding a portion of the port area. The company had also challenged the deed with which on 2 December the Patrimonio recognized the suitability of Catanzaro Servizi for the assignment of the state concession.
