Nine million euros to definitively close one of the most controversial pages in the city’s recent history. The Municipality approves the conciliation proposal to put an end to the dispute with Multiservizi, the mixed public-private service company that carried out essential instrumental services for the Authority, relating to the management and maintenance of municipal assets. A company which, following an anti-mafia interdiction against the private partner, was placed into liquidation in 2012 and subsequently declared bankrupt with a ruling in 2015. A complex affair which has generated a complex dispute between the Municipality and the company’s bankruptcy trustee, relating to significant credit claims.
