After the diffusion on social networks of a video involving a company employee, ATAM Reggio Calabria takes a position on the incident and announces the start of internal procedures to verify any responsibility. In an official note, the company defines the behavior shown in the video as incompatible with the principles that must guide those who work in a public service and assures that any necessary measures will be adopted in compliance with the rules. ATAM SpA, in relation to the video released in the last few hours through social networks, in which one of its employees is involved, expresses its firm condemnation for the behavior shown in the images.
What is documented in the video is intolerable and incompatible with the principles of correctness, respect and responsibility that must characterize those who work daily at the service of citizens and represent a company in charge of a public service.
ATAM therefore immediately started the required internal procedures, arranging all the necessary investigations and reserving the right to adopt the consequent measures should the responsibility of the employee involved emerge, in compliance with the legislation and contractual procedures in force.
The Company believes it is necessary to intervene firmly to protect first and foremost the users, the image of the public service and the many ATAM workers who carry out their tasks every day with professionalism, balance and a sense of responsibility.
Individual behaviors of this nature do not represent ATAM nor the values on which the Company inspires its work. ATAM assures that the episode will be dealt with with the utmost seriousness and that, following the outcome of the foreseen procedures, the consequent measures will be taken.
