The legal medical assignment will be formally conferred between Monday and Tuesday of next week by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Patti to shed light on the death of the 55 year old worker of Saint Agatha Militello Charles Carcionedied on Thursday from the consequences of a road accident that occurred in the afternoon on the state road 113 in Cape of Orlando. For the man, we recall, returning in the direction of Sant’Agata from the place where he had carried out his work with a service vehicle, the impact between the pickup he was driving and a minibus traveling in the opposite direction, in the direction of Messina, was unfortunately fatal.

An accident apparently without particularly serious consequences, with the occupants of the minivan substantially unharmed or with some slight bruises, but which turned out to be tragic for the 55-year-old, who arrived at the emergency room of the Sant’Agata Militello hospital with the 118 ambulance and died shortly after. at the same time that the health workers had arranged for some diagnostic radiology tests to be performed. The man in particular may have been fatally injured due to the trauma to his abdominal region, apparently with damage to his spleen in particular.

Meanwhile, the wife and daughter, represented by the lawyer Massimiliano Fabio, have filed a formal complaint with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Patti, through the Sant’Agata Militello Carabinieri Company, already in charge of the surveys and investigations of the case. The family members have asked that all the necessary investigative investigations be carried out to ascertain, in addition to the exact causes and dynamics of the accident, also the possible existence of responsibilities that in the various phases and in any way may have caused or contributed to the death of Carlo Carcione who, according to what was reported, was alert upon his arrival in the ambulance at the emergency room and apparently without anything that could have led to the prediction of such a tragic epilogue.
