What has changed compared to June 2024?
«The face of Gioia Tauro has changed and I refer to the climate that you breathe because the city is experiencing a cultural change, as well as a change from the point of view of political programming and the management of the administrative machine. The people of Gioia Tauro live this change with a very strong feeling of hope that transpires from the participation of citizens to the activity of administrative life ».
What is the city different in?
«It is a Joy Tauro that has finally become a city with a perspective of tourism. We started by changing the face of the waterfront, we reconstructed it can be said of healthy plan because the walls were completely demolished, we rebuilt and painted them in Greek style, so with a white mediterranean bright white painting, we redo the flower beds, we removed the Vespasians who were terrible and we did the calls for the tourist state concessions that were blocked unprovibly. We rediscovered this new village of the piano delle pie, which was ancient but abandoned, it was a ghetto, we enlightened it and cleaned it up ».
