“This album is the fruit of God’s grace and was born from the collaboration with people who believed in the project and its realization. The songs are nothing more than the result of open-hearted moments with God, seeking his presence, remembering and professing who He is and what He has done and does for us. Prayers in music. Never would we have thought of releasing an album: it was a great surprise. Now that it exists, we hope it can be of help and encouragement in seeking a relationship with God, as well as a testimony of faith in the living God, the triune, the almighty.”

In an Italy where rap is the most listened to genre, where the lyrics often pursue provocations, anger, disillusionment, an album arrives that goes in the opposite direction. Not out of rebellion, but out of vocation.
Cercando Te is a project that goes against the grain, however. In the lyrics, deeply spiritual, intimate, uplifting; in the arrangements, careful but essential, designed to leave room for prayer;
in the purpose, which is not to entertain, but to accompany the listener towards an encounter. It is rare, today, to find music that does not seek success but the truth. Rare to find an album that doesn’t chase trends, but the presence of God. Rare to find a project that doesn’t want to “arrive”, but “serve”. And precisely for this reason, perhaps, Searching for You is necessary.
