The “Independent Life” project presented by the Municipality of Crotone, as the leader of the social context of reference, obtained the approval of the Calabria Region with a financing of 100 thousand euros of which 20% paid by the territorial area.

“Independent life” provides for the provision of services in favor of people with disabilities from 18 to 64 years of age, citizens of the municipalities of the ATS or Crotone, Belvedere Spinello, Cutro, Isola di Capo Rizzuto, Rocca di Neto, San Mauro Marchesato, Scandale.
Following the acknowledgment of the loan by the Conference of Mayors, the Municipality of Crotone, leader of the District, will publish a notice aimed at identifying the beneficiaries in favor of which to prepare the life project developed by the professional team of the context of understanding with the Asp of Crotone.
“It is an important tool that allows us to strengthen the services we have built in recent years. A further step forward in the greatest objective of guaranteeing centrality to the adult person with disabilities by supporting the processes of autonomy with targeted and personalized interventions in carrying out daily activities.” He declares the commissioner Pollinzi.
