The Catanzaro Police carried out the preventive seizure of two discos in Giovino for shows without authorization and violation of municipal ordinance.
The provision is the result of a detailed verification activity by the Administrative and Social Police Team of the Police Headquarters of the capital which made it possible to ascertain the illicit conduct of the owner of the commercial activities, who repeatedly organized and carried out public entertainment activities in the absence of the required administrative authorisations.
Furthermore, the same owner, despite an order issued by the municipal body, which ordered the immediate cessation of public entertainment activities, ordered following police investigations, continued his illicit conduct, organizing numerous other unauthorized events, thus compromising the protection of collective safety.
Having reported to the Catanzaro Prosecutor’s Office what emerged from the administrative checks, the Judicial Authority, having evaluated the evidence collected, issued the preventive seizure order of the two commercial activities.
