Stabilization of social inclusion trainees in Cosenza: the final rush after the final formalities required by the Region

In the final stages, the stabilization of social inclusion trainees at the Municipality of Cosenza. There will be 31 trainees who will be hired, 27 of which with an administrative operator profile and 4 with a technical operator profile, to be placed in the ex category A operators area, with a permanent and part-time contract, for 18 hours per week. The announcement was made by the Mayor Franz Caruso and the Personnel Councilor of Palazzo dei Bruzi, Damiano Covelli.

“We are in the home stretch – say the Mayor Franz Caruso and Damiano Covelli – and today the last formalities requested by the Region have been completed by the competent offices. A procedure which has foreseen several steps and which we had started on the path to the happy conclusion already at the beginning of September, when in the council we had approved resolution no. preparatory and fundamental step for the positive epilogue of an event that had previously caused concern and uncertainty in the interns. A result – added Franz Caruso and Damiano Covelli – that the municipal administration wanted to pursue with determination, keeping in mind the ultimate goal: on the one hand to ensure a future for social inclusion interns and their families and, on the other, to enhance their experience in support of the municipal offices which, very often, thanks to them, have been put in a position to guarantee continuity in their functioning. The interns, currently under extension until January 15, 2026, will therefore permanently join the organisation’s staff”. The contribution recognized to the Municipality by the Region for the stabilization of the TIS is equal to 781,200.00 euros (25,200.00 for each intern). With a subsequent provision, the residual contribution amount of 28,800.00 euros will be granted by the Region for each unit hired on a permanent basis.
