The filing of the League’s text, the doubts even among the majority, the push and pull that has lasted for months, the amendments and the technical-political insights: that the new rules for recruitment in the public administration – with the aim of drawing on those eligible from already existing rankings before new competitions are announced – could be the classic “banana peel” is now evident, the way out is less clear also in light of the expectations created at Palazzo Campanella, where the examination of the proposal is underway of law. And if on the one hand the text signed by Giuseppe Mattiani and Gianpaolo Bevilacqua is on the agenda of the first commission that will meet on Friday, on the other hand a new law proposal from the Brothers of Italy appears. And it is signed by the entire group with Angelo Brutto, Daniela Iiriti, Filippo Pietropaolo and Luciana De Francesco, who specifically propose “Amendments to the regional law of 28 June 2023, n. 25 – Rules for the labor market, active policies and lifelong learning”.
