The Cosenza City Council approved by majority, with the opposite vote of two of Fratelli d’Italia and an abstention, a document to protect the identity alias for transgender and non -binary people. Through this act, as the president of the Education, Legality and Institutional Activities has highlighted Chiara Penna who illustrated the point, the Cosenza City Council commits the mayor and the junta to establish a gender register for employment that allows trans and non -binary subjectivity, in any capacity used in the municipal administration, the adoption of the genre e of the elective name in full, global and automatic replacement of the genre and/or personal name in each act, document, declaration, certification, service tool for internal use of the public administration and external use.
The document fired by the City Council of Cosenza also commits the mayor and city council to establish a genre register for services to make sure that all trans and non -binary people who benefit from services and services provided to the Municipality, adopt the genre and the elective name in full, global and automatic replacement of the genre and/or personal name for the issue of documents, declarations, certifications. A third commitment is to establish, where possible, services and toilets without typical gender indication.
