Two offers for the purchase at auction of the building and land of the former Mazzini school. Finally an award after many failed sales attempts. The third tender for the property located in the Sant’Anna area has concluded with a positive outcome (for a surface area of 2,096 m2 and land adjacent to the structure). The 2025/2027 real estate disposal and valorization plan envisages, for 2026, the sale of the property called “ex Scuola Mazzini” carried out with the secret offers method to be compared with the starting price of the auction; the Municipality’s real estate valuation commission, in view of the first sale experiment, determined the sale price of the property at a value of 1.6 million euros. Figure decreased by 1/5 following the completion of a subsequent tender experiment, for an amount of 1.3 million. But in both cases no proposal arrived. On the third attempt, two proposals were received for the property, the best proved to be that of a company involved in construction with just over 1.1 million euros.
