The strategic proposal of the Municipality on the new urban agenda 21-27 will soon be on the region’s table, as it is still defined (improperly, but by simplification) the objective of Policy 5 (OP 5). Palazzo De Nobili is calling the latest details of what will have to represent a “path to build a Europe closer to citizens”, as explained by the definition of the objective itself.
The operational cards that will be approved by the junta will contain the new design indications and also part of those not completed on the urban agenda 14-20. In total, the available resources amount to around 20 million euros – but the regional capital will obtain a reward for the expenditure levels recorded in the old program of at least 4 million – and the “previous” should weigh for about 8 million euros, while the new for 13.7 million.
Among the actions still to be completed are counted, for example, The Masciari Theater, the redevelopment of the red classroom, the university housing in via Chilea. The greatest weight should be that relating to the recovery of the Masciari Theater, which remained “bogged down” over the years: the evaluation of the anti -seismic adjustment interventions has in fact proved to be heavier than expected from a financial point of view; A fact that has been added to the weight of the surveys of the Superintendency.
