“The Vibo library system belongs to the regional library system, but it is not a regional body and so it is not managed in any way by the Calabria Region. Over the years, like other local entities, it has received regional funding for some specific activities.
Recently the Region revoked several loans and no longer admitted the Vibo library system to tenders because this body has not reported, over the last few years, the contributions that had been granted to it. Precisely for this reason the Calabria Region has resorted to injunctions to recover the sums paid and not accounted for”.
