To ensure a pleasant and safe shopping experience, the trade unionist recommends: pay attention to labels and conditions of sale with guidelines for informed purchases:
Try on garments: There is no obligation and it is at the discretion of the operator.
Payments: Credit cards must be accepted by the merchant.
Products for sale: The items offered on sale must be seasonal or fashionable.
Price indications: okayThe normal sales price, the discount and the final price are indicated.
Changes: The possibility of changing the purchased item is generally left to the discretion of the shopkeeper, but if the item is defective or damaged, the shopkeeper is obliged to repair or replace the item and, if this proves impossible, the reduction or refund of the price paid.
