The Quaestor of Vibo Valentia, Rodolfo Ruperti has adopted an urban Daspo measure against a 36 -year -old foreign citizen who, in the center of Tropea, illegally occupied a space intended for transport and urban circulation and identified by the Municipality as a sensitive area for the free use of spaces affected by the influence of tourists.
The measure follows the non -compliance by the woman to the order of removal previously ordered against him by the Municipal Police of Tropea, who had contested and sanctioned her abusive trade in the prohibited public area.
Given the reiteration of the conduct, following the investigation carried out by the Anti -Crime Division, the Quaestor has now issued against him the most serious measure of the urban Daspo which forbids him to access the areas and infrastructures of the local public transport of Tropea for 12 months and to all areas specifically identified by the local police regulation of the Municipality of Tropea.
