The Willing is a “coalition of war instigators” and therefore Russia is preparing to follow their summit today in Paris “very carefully”. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said this.

Drones over the Moscow region: three dead and five injured
Drone strikes killed three people and injured five others in the Moscow region, local governor Andrei Vorobyov announced this morning. «In the town of Pionersky in Istra three people died and three others were injured due to the crash of a drone. In Solnechnogorsk two people were injured after a drone hit an apartment building,” Vorobyov wrote on Telegram, adding that 81 drones were shot down in the region overnight.
In southwestern Russia, his counterpart in the Stavropol region, Vladimir Vladimirov, had reported a few hours earlier an “enemy attack” which “caused a fire in the industrial area of the village of Vyazniki, Shpakovsky district”, with no casualties reported.
Ukraine has recently stepped up its attacks against Russia, particularly targeting hydrocarbon infrastructure in a bid to cripple Moscow’s ability to finance its war effort. Russia, for its part, continues to strike Ukraine on a daily basis, more than four years after the start of the worst conflict in Europe since the Second World War, which has so far not found a diplomatic solution.
According to the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, over 350 drones were launched against the capital and the region as of Sunday evening.
Kiev claims responsibility for the attack on the “shadow fleet”
The Ukrainian unmanned systems forces (USF) claim to have struck 15 boats of the so-called Russian “shadow fleet” during the night, used according to Kiev to support Moscow’s oil exports and logistics despite Western sanctions. He reports it RBC Ukrainequoting USF commander Robert «Madyar» Brovdi.
According to Brovdi, the drones targeted seven oil tankers, five cargo ships, one ferry and two tugboats. The commander also claimed that, between July 6 and 13, Ukrainian forces struck a total of 105 Russian ships as part of the operation called «MoLoCHKa», adding that the operations will continue.
Attacks on electrical systems in Crimea
Also during the night, he added, nine electricity transformation plants were attacked in Crimea and in other territories occupied by Russia, including for the second time in 48 hours the strategic “Crimea” node of the Kuban-Crimea energy bridge. Brovdi also claimed destruction of a launcher of the S-400 anti-aircraft missile system, a Tor system and two radar complexes.

The summit of the Coalition of the Willing is convened for the afternoon at the Hotel des Invalides, with around 25 heads of state and government from the 37 member countries and the presence of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. For Italy, the deputy prime minister and foreign minister Antonio Tajani will participate. Among the dossiers on the table, security guarantees in Kiev in the event of a ceasefire, air defense and the fight against the shadow fleet. Tomorrow, July 14, the parade on the Champs-Élysées for the French National Day: President Sergio Mattarella is expected in the stands.
