Roberto Vannacci will participate in Messina, on June 27, in an event to remember the figure of Salvatore Todaro, a gold medal for military valor. The Federal Secretary of the League has accepted the invitation of Senator Nino Germanà for the initiative promoted by the League councilor and group leader in Messina of first Italy Cosimo Oteri, to celebrate the valiant Messina hero of the Navy who fought for the X Flottiglia Mas during the Second World War. “Salvatore Todaro – says Nino Germanà – represents an example of courage, dedication and spirit of service, values that we intend to honor through this commemorative gesture. The project provides for the installation of a bust and the redevelopment of the affected area, thus contributing to the creation of a work destined to remain over time as a testimony of the values that Todaro has embodied”.
