On the edge of the provincial elections, with the not entirely gratifying outcome of the regional elections behind us, Forza Italia has to deal, in the capital city, with the same internal tensions seen on the other side of the fence. And if it is undeniable that, with the loss of trust in the President of the Province, that chapter can be said to be over, it is equally undeniable that there is no lack of some branches within the party.
A single cause cannot be attributed to the melee of the past weekend between the mayor of San Gregorio Pasquale Farfaglia and the provincial coordinator Michele Comito. On the one hand, there are the controversial relations with the president of the Province, who certainly did not send them to say to a certain politician, on the other, the inevitable post-vote showdown.
