Yesterday Thursday 20 November, as part of the training project organized by the regional coordination of the Provincial Student Councils, the Prefect of Vibo Valentia received the board of the Provincial Student Council of Vibo Valentia and a delegation of French students, elected as Representatives in various educational institutions of the Academié de Limoges, accompanied by the French representatives of the project (Noemie Gatto, Céline Parvy, Julie Rivet, Cécile Vassy) and by the head of the Consultations for the Regional School Office of Calabria, Franca Falduto, promoter of the international exchange.
During the meeting, important issues were addressed, such as gender equality and possible interventions aimed at combating violence against women, education on legality and the synergistic and constant relationship with educational institutions, the comparison between the two education systems and the best practices of the respective territories aimed at dealing with common educational emergencies.
The fruitful outcomes of the debate may be shared by the participants during the plenary assemblies of the Italian and French Student Councils, also enriching the related report, which will be brought to the attention of the European Commission within the framework of the Erasmus + programme.
