Trento is the Italian volleyball champion of men’s volleyball, beating Lube Civitanova in race 4 for 3-2 (21-25 28-26 25-17 20-25 15-9). For them it is the sixth Scudetto in history, the last one was in 2022/23 while last year they won the Champions League. Excellent proof of all the boys of suns who performed a crazy regular season, closing in 1st place and in these playoffs they have shown all their strength. Race 4 was decisive after the series was 2-1 after the first three challenges. A tricolor that bears the signature of the usual Alessandro Michieletto (21 points), author of yet another overwhelming test. Trento celebrated the Scudetto in the home of the Lube who had to settle for 2nd place.

The crusher born in 1999 and the free class 2003 are now two fundamental pillars of the Gialloblù company. Lavia’s words at the end of the race: “It was a very difficult game, in my opinion the most beautiful in the series. They left aggressive and we suffered it in the first set and at the start of a second. Then there was a Switch, we went up to aggression and we managed to tick it on the tie break. The secret?
