Crotone falls to Cerignola after a match with two faces: good first half, heavy waste and naivety in the second half. The rossoblù came close to taking the lead several times with Maggio, Vinicius and Gomez, always finding a great Iliev. Cerignola grows in flames and in the 36th minute D’Orazio comes close to hitting the post. In the second half Crotone started strong but wasted the decisive opportunity with Murano. Gambale made it 1-0 immediately after with an assist from D’Orazio, followed by Cretella’s second goal at the end of a perfect counterattack.
