Zelensky also announced that today he will hear from European leaders: «We will continue coordination with partners. Talks with European leaders are planned,” he wrote on Telegram. «Practically every day we coordinate work at various levels to obtain additional defense packages, in particular air defense systems and ammunition for combat aviation. All this serves to protect the lives of our citizens and the interests of Ukraine,” he stressed.
Germany, meanwhile, continues to “fully support” the Ukrainian president “in the exercise of his burdensome responsibilities”, stated the Foreign Minister in front of the press, following the statements of Donald Trump, who called for a change of presidency in Ukraine. “Europe needs stability, and this means that we very clearly continue to stand by Ukraine, and also by its government”, declared Johann Wadephul in Berlin, also calling for increased “pressure” on Vladimir Putin “so that he is willing to negotiate.”
