«Italian museums are increasingly visited, even during the Christmas holidays. The positive data on the extraordinary openings of these holidays, growing compared to 2024, confirm the trend of recent years and the Italian museum system is increasingly attractive for Italian citizens and tourists, with encouraging participation even in lesser-known sites. A success that is based on the commitment of all the staff working in the museums to whom I extend my warm thanks.” This was declared by the Minister of Culture, Alessandro Giuli, commenting on the first available data relating to admissions to museums at the beginning of the year.
