In the midst of the abundant, when the ARS approved ruling financial maneuvers of overflow of rain contributions, those who remained excluded made a forecast: “They are coming to associations and public bodies so much money that they will not even be able to spend them.”
A few months after the prediction occurred spot on. To the point that Parliament is now disgusting a sort of preventive amnesty for those who have not managed to invest all the tips received.
The ARS budget commission gave the Green light to a light that now awaits only the final vote of the classroom, scheduled for 11 March. The heart of the text is an article of a few lines that extends to 30 June 2025 “The admissibility of the expenditure of the interventions financed with the laws 31 January 2024 Number 3 and 4 July 2024 Number 23”.
These are the first two financials (at the end of October and November then two others arrived), which contained a series of rain contributions, the result of individual amendments of the deputies and intended for associations and mayors to organize events, shows and festivals: the 103 companies excluded protested for the lack of calls that put everyone on the same level and calculated that the Parliament was thus spending about 80 million.
Being funds allocated in 2024, the beneficiaries should have spent the contributions by 31 December. And many have not succeeded.
