A team of the Fire Brigade of the Command of Catanzaro – headquarters – was engaged from about 10.15 on Corso Giuseppe Mazzini, corner of via Traverso Galluppi, for the Removal of bewitched parts of cornice and plaster on the external facade of the historic building that houses the prestigious national boarding school Pasquale Galluppi.
The intervention of the firefighters, with river alpine spele and techniques, was worth the removal of parts in imminent danger of fall and the safety of the site to safeguard the public and private safety.
From subsequent further checks were found injuries also on the ornamental frames of the windows placed on the facade overlooking Corso Mazzini Therefore, the area was made to remoity pending the removal of parking cars allowing further intervention by the firefighters with the help of the car.
Inconveniences for the viability. There are no damage to people.
