The process to demolish the Marine Park Village in Punta Scifo has come alive. The Municipality of Crotone, which will have to take charge of the demolition of the confiscated artifacts, has commissioned the engineer Pantaleone Elia to draw up the executive project and the management of the works to throw down the abusive works carried out and left incomplete in a bound area of Capo Colonna. Cost of the assignment: 23,409.53 euros.
After the preparation of the executive design, the next step provides for the contract for interventions. On the table there are 347,921.04 euros of which 173,960.52 euros made available by the Ministry of Infrastructure. In fact, the decision of the administration led by the mayor, Vincenzo Voceto contact the fund for the demolition of the abusive works of MIT, it arose from the non -fulfillment by the brothers Armando and Salvatore Scalise, authors of the operaand abusive, to comply with the demolition order. Which was issued in 2019 by the body and then confirmed in all the administrative processes between TAR and Council of State. To throw down there are 79 concrete plates for the arrangement of the bungalows, a swimming pool consisting of a reinforced concrete tank and an artifact intended for restaurant-pizzeria.
