I presented a parliamentary question to the ministers of education and public administration to ask for clarity and timeliness in the management of the entrances to the role of school managers – declares the Hon. Andrea GentileDeputy of Forza Italia – in light of the critical issues reported by the national secretary of the publishing – Conference (Union of Italian School Managers), Prof.ssa Rita Guadagniwhich I thank for the in -depth work done ».
The interrogation focuses on an unacceptable situation: hundreds of vacant school offices and systematic appeal to regencies, while managers already selected through competition still await the entry into the role.
“It is essential – continues Gentile – that all available places are assigned starting from the school year 2025/2026, eliminating regencies and guaranteeing stability to the governance of schools”.
In particular, the blue parliamentarian asks:
• the return of the 308 places subtracted on a national basis from the regions of origin in the reserved competition;
• the entry into the role of 100% of the winners, enhancing the rankings of both the ordinary and reserved competition;
• exceeding percentage constraints (60%-40%) to allow fair and effective scrolling.
«This is not just an administrative question – concludes Gentile – but a strategic choice for the proper functioning of Italian schools. We will continue to work to protect school management and the quality of our educational system, so that each choice is marked by criteria of efficiency, transparency and merit “.
