The three defendants are the Pescarase Cosimo Nobile, called Mimmo, alleged executor of the murder; Christmas Ursino, originally from Locri (Reggio Calabria) and resident in Teramo, linked to the ‘ndrangheta and considered the principal; and the Pescarase Maurizio Longoconsidered the flanking. The arrest was also asked for Ursino. The hearing was held in the class 1 of the Pescara court.
