In Calabria, the regional collective work agreement (CCRL) of the craftsmanship for the building sector was signed for the first time.
A historical goal for the workers and workers of artisan companies and small and medium -sized enterprises in the sector, who have been waiting for a stable and shared contractual recognition for years.
The agreement is the result of an in -depth comparison between the regional employer organizations Anaepa Confartigianato Construction Calabria, Casartigiani, Cna Costruzioni, Claai and the trade union organizations Feneal Uil, Filca Cisl and Fillea Cgil, and implements the national agreement signed on May 20, 2025.
The new CCRL introduces significant elements for the relaunch of the sector:
– enhancement of bilaterality, with a central role of Edilcassa and building coffers;
– recognition of the figure of the master trainer, to qualify and transmit skills;
– Establishment of a regional permanent joint table, for the continuous comparison between the parties;
– Common commitments on health, safety, legality and fight against contractual dumping, also in the contracts.
In particular, on the Health and Security front, the agreement provides for the introduction also in the craft sector of the rate for the financing of the RLST (representatives of workers for territorial security), already present in the other renewed contracts.
A fundamental measure to strengthen controls and guarantee continuous supervision even in smaller productive realities, to protect the life and dignity of workers.
