The interrogation of guarantee for house arrest ended with a revocation of house arrest for Maria Teresa Lanatàemployee of the Alps Office of the hospital of Catanzaro, involved in an ongoing judicial proceeding where private services are assumed during the shifts in the hospital and black payments to the Dulbecco Hospital.
At the outcome of the interrogation, Lanatà clarified its position before the judge, who ordered the termination of the precautionary measure of house arrest, replacing it with the suspension from service.
The defense of the suspect was entrusted to lawyers Sara Spanò and Eugenio Felice Perrone.
