Tiziana Mirabelli, 49 years old, on February 14, 2023, murdered a pensioner, near the house. The victim was called Domenico Gioffrè. The relationship between the two was controversial and, according to the reconstruction of the investigating judiciary, tended towards a sort of pseudo-daughter relationship. The woman, committed the crime, kept the corpse hidden in the house for a few days, finally deciding to be formed to the carabinieri. The Court of Assizes inflicted to the 49 -year -old 17 years and 6 months of imprisonment by recognizing the voluntary murder, the concealment of corpse but excluding the hypothesis of a robbery.
