The two exponents of Forza Nuova were under house arrest since 10 September last on charges of propaganda, violence and instigation to commit a crime for reasons of racial, ethnic and religious discrimination. Yesterday afternoon, assisted by the lawyers Antonio Ludovico and Antonio Sgromo, they were able to leave the house arrest. The position of the third investigated, Carmelo La Face (defended by the lawyer Alessio Spadafora), will be discussed on Tuesday. The three are investigated for the attack on a citizen of Moroccan nationality that took place on the evening of 6 March.
