The bankruptcy curator of ACR Messina, Maria di Renzo, has announced that the next October 14 will be held the tender among the bidders for the acquisition of the company’s sports branch. The decision follows the presentation of an irrevocable offer, deemed valid by the bodies of the procedure, which led the delegated judge to authorize the continuation of the activity and to fix the auction base in 210 thousand euros.

The continuation of the sporting activity by the insolvency procedure was an important and useful showcase for the team and in recent days an irrevocable bullshit offer for the acquisition of the sports branch of the ACR Messina has been received by the undersigned.
The offer was deemed valid by the bodies of the procedure and with two distinct measures, the delegated judge has ordered the continuation of the provisional year and authorized the writer to acquire the offer, placing it on the basis of a auction of a collection of improvement offers, which, if they perish, will give life to a tender among the bidders that will take place on October 14th, with the methods indicated in the sales notice in the course of publication.
The auction price is € 210,000 and the successful tenderer must take charge not only of the transfer costs, but also the sports debt on the company, as well as the management costs of the sports branch starting from the award date.
