The Electoral Service announces that, on the occasion of the administrative elections of 24 and 25 May, with a possible run-off for the election of the mayor scheduled for Sunday 7 and Monday 8 June, voters registered in the electoral lists of the Municipality of Messina can submit an application for inclusion in the list of scrutineers, from which the draw for the assignment to the polling stations will subsequently take place.
The submission of applications will be possible exclusively from 30 April to 5 May, through one of the following methods:
Online, by accessing with SPID, CIE or CNS the dedicated portal of the Municipality (active from 30 April 2026): https://sportellotelematico.comune.messina.it/procedure%3Ac_fl58%3Aalbo.unico.scrutatori%3Bassociazione
In paper form, by completing and signing the appropriate form (attached) and also available:
– at the headquarters of the Districts, during opening hours to the public;
– at the Notifications Office desk (room no. 63), located on the ground floor of Palazzo Zanca, in Piazza Unione Europea.
The Notification Office will observe the following opening hours:
Thursday 30 April: 8.30am-12.30pm / 2pm-4.30pm
Friday 1st May: 8.30am-12.30pm
Saturday 2 May: 8.30am-12.30pm / 2.00pm-4.30pm
Sunday 3 May: 8.30am-12.30pm
Monday 4 May: 8.30am-12.30pm / 2.00pm-4.30pm
