It was a “black hole”, today at least partly it turns grey. If it is true that “the inventory activity of real estate assets constitutes an essential element of the accounting system”, the Region has yet to take the final steps towards normalization. The data emerges from the sector report attached to the 2025 Report approved in recent days by the Regional Council and transmitted to the Council, according to which «the process of administrative and accounting analysis and reconstruction started during 2025 has not completed the resolution of the critical issues related to the incompleteness of the available information and those related to the need for constant coordination with the subjects involved in the management of the assets, which affect the timeliness and quality of the inventory update process».
