In the heart of the capital, between the historic center and the beating heart of the city, the tankers appeared again yesterday afternoon. The leaky water network that for years we have been thinking of, at best, patching up, has given way again. And the city had to equip itself, against its will, with receptacles and containers useful for storing the water useful at least for the essential needs of the population. Many failures occurred simultaneously, although for days several citizens had been reporting the shortage of the precious liquid.
