Rumors linking Matt Rizzetta to Reggina once again have been circulating again in the last few hours, together with a fund that would see the Italian-American entrepreneur in the role of representative.
The rumors have fueled the debate around the future of the Amaranth club, so much so that Campobasso, a club chaired by Rizzetta himself, was forced to issue an official note.

“He is frequently contacted by individuals or groups interested in developing opportunities in the football scene. Some activities and evaluations remain covered by confidentiality agreements. Nothing changes with respect to the commitment towards Campobasso, neither in relation to registration nor to the growth path”, we read in the communication released by the Molise club.

The person concerned also intervened on the matter via social media.
“These things are confidential, very premature and do not depend on me,” wrote Matt Rizzetta, without adding further details on the hypotheses that would see him close to Reggina again.
