“Mission accomplished”: Retake cleans up the Pizzo coast

“Mission accomplished. We just finished!”. This is how Retake celebrates the first Vibo area outing in the name of the environment which stopped in Pizzo. “The amount of waste we removed today – says representative Gregorio Greco – from the beach is impressive: a lot of disposable plastic, waste of all kinds and even various bulky waste that disfigured our splendid coastline. Even if someone had to leave shortly before the photo, 10 determined volunteers left and today’s energy gives us an absolute certainty: we are only at the beginning and very soon we will triple our members”. A helping hand for the environment and for this the group thanks the municipal administration and the Mayor Sergio Pititto “for the fundamental logistical support and precious collaboration. Heartfelt thanks to all the Retakers who sweated and smiled today for the common good. The beaches are ours and today we demonstrated it with facts!”
