Kill Ivanka Trump to avenge the death of Qasem Soleimani, the Pasdaran leader killed in 2020 by a US drone. Donald Trump’s favorite daughter would have ended up in the crosshairs of an alleged terrorist trained by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. The man, Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, was preparing an attack on the First Daughter’s home in Florida. He had the floor plan of the house with him and was ready to take action.
The plan foiled and the arrest in Türkiye
His plan, reports the New York Post, however, was foiled thanks to his arrest in Türkiye on May 15th. Al-Saadi was then extradited to the United States where he is accused of 18 attacks or attempted attacks in Europe and the United States. In fact, he is said to be one of the masterminds of many attacks against American and Jewish targets, including the attack on the Bank of New York Mellon headquarters in Amsterdam last March, the stabbing of two Jews in London in April and a shooting near the American consulate in Toronto.
Social threats: «Our revenge is only a matter of time»
On social media Al-Saadi had clearly shown his thirst for revenge against Trump for the killing of Soleimani. Publishing on We are in the surveillance and analysis phase. Our revenge is only a matter of time.”
Who is Al-Saadi: training in Tehran and the travel agency
Al-Saadi was close to Soleimani and maintained a good relationship with his successor as well. Raised in Baghdad, he was sent to Tehran to train with the Revolutionary Guard Corps. In the following years he created a travel agency specializing in religious pilgrimages. The activity, sources told the New York Post, allowed him to travel and come into contact with terrorist cells. When he was arrested in Turkey he had with him his Iraqi service passport and a special document issued to government employees and officials that can only be obtained with the permission of the Prime Minister of Iraq.
Detention in Brooklyn prison
Al-Saadi is currently detained in a New York prison, the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where Luigi Mangione, the killer of the CEO of UnitedHealthcare, and Nicolas Maduro are also held.
