At the first dawn of every summer season the usual refrain begins about the great potential of the area, the natural beauty, the cultural heritage and our cuisine. In the perfect equation we would have been talking for years about a city and its metropolitan area among the most sought after tourist destinations in Italy. However, in the Reggio Equation, too many factors are always missing and so the result can only be wrong. Every year, therefore, always seems like year zero, an inextricable Penelope web, a groping process without having any points of reference. And while the summer of 2025 ended with comforting numbers that made us look to the future with a bit of optimism, the summer of 2026 seems to have started slowly.
