«The maximum institutional unity is needed in the justice system». On the issue of the feared decline of the last hopes for the reopening of the Rossano court, the mayor of Corigliano-Rossano, Flavio Stasi, intervenes decisively, launching a strong appeal for unity and overcoming ideological barriers in the name of the common good. As will be remembered, the absence, in the official text of bill AC 2646, of a delegation to the Government for the establishment or reopening of the suppressed courts has raised a political and social uproar.
The mayor of the third largest city in Calabria first wanted to put the situation into context, recalling that the bill is currently being examined by the Justice Commission of the Chamber of Deputies. As a result, the games are still open. «This is not yet a definitive text, recalls Stasi. Precisely for this reason, despite the legitimate and profound political distances, this is the moment to exercise maximum institutional unity in an attempt to achieve the common objective”.
