Mady Abonckelet
Reggina makes a new addition to the midfield. The Amaranth club has made official the permanent acquisition of the sporting performances of Mady Abonckelet, a French central midfielder born in 1998.
Born in Trappes and arrived in Italy in 2015 from the youth sector of Nantes, Abonckelet brings with him experience and a CV enriched by numerous successes obtained in amateur championships.
Four titles in his career
His palmarès includes four trophies. The midfielder achieved promotion to Serie C with Giugliano in the 2021/2022 season and then replicated the feat with Vado in the last championship. In 2023/2024, however, he was among the protagonists of Campobasso’s triumphant season, which culminated with the victory of the championship and the category scudetto.
Almost 300 presences between Italy and France
During his career Abonckelet also wore the shirts of Olympia Agnonese, Gravina, Bisceglie, Pontarlier, in France, and United Riccione. The overall tally is 289 appearances, 23 goals and 11 assists.
With his arrival, Reggina adds quality, experience and a consolidated habit of fighting for the top of the championship.
In attack here is Guida
The new coach Marchionni will be able to count on Michele Guida in attack. Sixty-two goals and forty-four winning assists in the career of the 1998 born native of Torre Annunziata, capable of covering multiple roles in the offensive department. In the last two championships, the new amaranth striker achieved promotion to Serie C with Savoia and victory in the Serie D Italian Cup and the playoffs with Ravenna (in the Romagna ranks, he was coached by Mr. Marchionni).

Also worth mentioning is his exploit against Vastogirardi from Molise (20 goals in the 2021/2022 season), which earned him a call to professional football by Taranto and Turris.
There are also the young De Mori and Toscano
The Amaranth club also purchased two very interesting profiles on loan from Novara and Genoa: Edoardo De Mori and Filippo Toscano
De Mori: After starting out in the Turin youth team, the right back born in 2007, born in Biella, was signed by Novara, making his debut in Serie C with the Azzurri in the 2023/2024 season. Subsequently, the experiences in the ranks of Cairese, Bari Primavera and Fasano (with the latter club, last season, he made a total of twenty-six appearances and scored three goals).
Toscano: For the left back born in 2008, a native of Genoa, two seasons as a starter first in the Under 17 and then in the Under 18 of the Grifone, for a total of fifty-eight appearances, five goals and two winning assists. As regards last season, two appearances in the Viareggio Cup are also worth mentioning.
