Three lines of intervention to change the future of the city: the relaunch of urban commerce, the valorisation of the city’s tourist destination, support for crafts and identity productions, the promotion of local excellence and the strengthening of the overall attractiveness of the capital. A political-administrative planning vision contained in the “Cosenza Attractive” Masterplan presented in recent weeks at Palazzo dei Bruzi. The intervention programs were managed by the councilor for economic and productive activities and tourism, Sarino Branda. The goal? Plan and harmonize choices, identify and mark development paths.
The central element in this framework now appears to be the establishment of a “control room”, a permanent body for strategic direction, coordination and monitoring, called to ensure the integrated implementation of the Operational Programs through the connection between municipal offices, management bodies, trade associations, institutions, the university world, economic operators and interested public and private entities.
