Expand the range of those who can access the contributions that the Region provides through Irfis. This is the common thread of all the main measures of the maneuver that the Schifani council approved on Thursday evening. In the year leading up to the elections, the government therefore aims to give benefits to a greater number of beneficiaries: younger ones and those who declare an ISEE of up to a maximum of 35 thousand euros. This is no small thing, especially if you consider that all previous similar tenders have stopped entry into the rankings for those who declare no more than 30 thousand euros.
In light of the objective of involving more and more young people and families, all the first of the 25 rules currently contained in the basic text of the maneuver must be read.
What introduces a completely new measure is article 1. It provides for the possibility that Irfis, thanks to a 10 million loan, will grant mortgages to young people under 35 with ISEE not exceeding 35 thousand euros. The loans may be worth a maximum of 200 thousand euros, the interest rate is based on the 3-month Euribor plus a spread of 0.50%. The repayment is expected in 30 years.
