Aggravated fraud in competition, this is the accusation in the investigation into the case of the fake tax credits purchased by Catanzaro Servizi. On Monday the Guardia di Finanza soldiers carried out searches at the headquarters of the subsidiary company in via Indipendenza. At the same time, 5 warranty notices were notified. The former sole director of Catanzaro Servizi Gianluca Silipo ended up in the register of suspects, ousted by the municipal administration when the case broke out in the summer of 2025. Then there are the accountant Maurizio Scerra, auditor of the subsidiary’s accounts, the employee of the company Emiliano Aloi, the owner of the Dopago company Daniele Guerrise and Antonella Di Silvestro who is indicated as an intermediary between Dopago and Catanzaro Servizi and who turns out to be Scerra’s wife. All must answer for fraud for events that occurred between October 2023 and July 2024. According to the reconstruction of the investigators of the yellow flames, the suspects would have acted in execution of the same criminal plan. They would thus have misled Catanzaro Servizi which would have purchased the tax credits convinced of their validity. In particular, Guerrisi and Di Silvestro would have managed to have the investee company purchase non-existent tax credits deriving from the relief measures provided for building renovations and the 110% super bonus.
