With Wizz Air there are 28 flights every week between Lamezia Terme and Rome Fiumicino. The president of the Calabria Region, Roberto Occhiuto, made this known with a video on Instagram. The ticket to cover the route will cost 32 euros.
«I had announced – explains Occhiuto – that there would be new Wizz Air connections from Rome to Lamezia and from Lamezia to Rome. There are. You can find them online. From 25 October – continues Occhiuto in the images that portray him in the Lamezia airport – this beautiful airport will be connected to Fiumicino several times a day”.
Occhiuto is aimed above all at students «who before – he says – spent a lot of money to return to our beautiful Calabria. This is also something we said, this – he concludes – is another thing we did”.
