Today the mayor appeared before the judge for preliminary investigations of the Court of Catanzaro, Fabiana Giacchetti, assisted by the lawyer Mario Mitidieri. Stasi answered all the magistrate’s questions, without making use of the right not to answer. The mayor contested the accusations point by point, rejecting in particular the hypothesis of having made agreements or promised favors in exchange for electoral support.
