The municipal structural plan is among the end-of-term objectives of the Caruso council. The mayor wanted to talk about it at the majority meeting on Thursday. But the topic was postponed to the next meeting. However, the mayor is convinced that he will find fertile ground among those who support him to get an urban planning tool that has been talked about for over ten years off the ground.
The PSC which should replace the old master plan signed by Vittorini (partially modified in the mid-nineties by the so-called “Rossi Variant” with mayor Mancini senior) wanders from one room to another of Palazzo dei Bruzi without having yet found the right location.
