Reggina still gets stuck in the away match, remaining first but cohabiting with Sambiase after the recovery of the ninth matchday. In Favara, a performance not up to par for the Amaranths, who drew 2-2 on the pitch of an opponent who, with the strength of their youth, was able to deservedly win an important point against an opponent built to win.

Sicilians ahead in the 15th minute with Marchica. Then the amaranth equalizer signed by Alma 19′. At the start of the second half Abonckelet led Marchionni’s team who found themselves ahead in the score by exploiting two opponent errors, failing to decisively bring out their superiority.

With a quarter of an hour to go Testoni, with a shot from the edge following a corner, found the corner which earned the final 2-2.

Reggina did not convince either in defense (5 goals conceded in the last four), nor in attack where they proposed a maneuver that was not always effective and often not capable of going beyond the usual countermeasures that the opponents propose. No useful input came from the bench through the substitutions, although the many absences took away opportunities for technical-tactical variations. Obviously nothing is lost, but we need to do better.
